Groovy Grader - Simple Grading App from the Apple App Store

Haiku Deck - Presentation App - PowerPointish but without all the extras that slow students down. Easy to create a presentation.

iTunes U - Best for Involving Apple in the Classroom.  Career Tech and all subject areas.  Classes and lectures from all over the world for students and teachers to use.

Quizlet App - (iPhone App but can be downloaded on your iPad) Teachers set up on computer and then push your stacks to the students.  Create a class and enroll your students in that class.

Edmodo - Learning Management System.  Works with Apple and Droid Devices.  Make Quizzes, post assignments, post from your device and students can log in from home.  Students can get alerts to send them reminders.

The Poetry App - Josephone Hart Poetry App - Different poems and poets.  Poems are read by famous actors.

Science 360 - Teacher App - Bandwidth hog so you wouldn't want your student to all log in at the same time.

Today in History - What happens on any day.  Births, deaths, etc.  Geared toward History!

Pointer - Open app, type in a web address or open a file and it will allow you to point to things on the screen.

Early Jamestown - App - Walk Students through Jamestown.

Garageband - Creating Podcast and edit your audio captured in your class.

Answerpad the app is called TapIt Free.  Test type app.  You create on the computer and student answer on the iPad.  Easy to use.  Students can answer questions from a paper test.  Grades it for you!

Socrative App - Quick test type software.  Students put in a room number that you give them and they can take the test.

NearPod - Student and Teacher log in from same app.  Need headphones for student if you use a video.
