Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center

The Class of 2020 is pleased to announce details of the Junior Prom on April 27th, 2019 at the Monona Terrace.

The prom theme is “Hollywood”. The class has selected black, gold and red as their colors, and will decorate accordingly. Intuition productions will provide DJ services and music at the dance. The Coronation of our Lancer Royalty will begin at 9:45 p.m.

Semi-formal to formal attire is expected for Prom. Many students choose to “really dress up” for this very special occasion.  This could include wearing a shirt, tie, and dress slacks, sport jacket, suit or tuxedo, long or short evening dresses.

Junior PROM is for Juniors and Seniors at LHS. Freshmen and Sophomores may attend if they are invited by a Junior or Senior. Students who do not attend La Follette may attend the Prom as guests of La Follette students (one guest per La Follette student) if they are registered in their neighborhood office by 4:00 PM on Tuesday April 23rd, 2019. Guests must be a current high school student and not over the age of 19. Guests will be expected to show a school identification card or license at the admission table.

Tickets this year for Prom are $15.00 in advance or $20 at the door. Tickets will be on sale starting April 15, 2019 and are non-refundable.

A pep assembly is scheduled for Thursday, April 25th, for various introductions and awards. The latter part of the assembly program will be dedicated to the announcement of the 2019 Prom Court.
