Good Evening everyone and welcome to the Living with Dual Diagnosis meeting of Crystal Meth Anonymous. My name is [Chairperson’s Name] and I am a [Crystal Meth Addict].
This is a closed meeting. That means anyone who thinks they may have a problem with substances, specifically crystal meth, is welcome here. If you are here for any other reason, please step out and visit crystalmeth.org to find an open meeting you may attend.
At this time please mute yourself and refrain from using other electronic devices in order to preserve the primary purpose of this meeting.
To support audio accessibility, this meeting uses live transcription.
The transcription is not able to be saved and will be deleted when the meeting ends. If you would like to enable or disable the transcription, you may do so by clicking the “CC Live Transcript” icon in the gallery window, or on mobile devices by clicking “More”.
During our meeting, the group conscience asks that no one smokes, vapes, or uses self-prescribed mood altering substances as this may be triggering to some of our participants.
Also, please keep in mind we can see and hear you. Please be fully clothed and act appropriately on camera.

At this time, are there any announcements for the good of CMA or this meeting? Please raise your hand using the raise hand feature and I will call on hands raised.
We would also like to remind everyone that Living with Dual Diagnosis meets twice a week. Thursdays at 7:00p Eastern and Saturdays at 6:30p Eastern.
The first Thursday of the Month we have a speaker meeting and our business meeting is the last Saturday of every month.

We celebrate our sobriety in days, months, and years. If you would like to share your sobriety with us, please raise your hand using the raise hand feature and I will call on hands raised.
Can we please hear from our Newcomer Chair?
Good Evening everyone. My name is [Newcomer Chair’s Name]. I am a [Crystal Meth Addict] and the Newcomer Chair for tonight’s meeting.
One of the first suggestions offered in CMA is to get a sponsor. A sponsor is another recovering addict who offers guidance and support in a one-on-one relationship.
A sponsor listens; offers suggestions to help you stay sober; helps you build a foundation for recovery by sharing their experience, strength, and hope; introduces you to recovery literature; and guides you in working the 12 Steps of CMA.
There are no rules, but sponsors in CMA have a working knowledge of the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions and one year of continuous sobriety.
Would anyone who is willing to be a sponsor please raise your hand on camera for a moment, and if you would like please put your contact information in the chat window for those who are looking for sponsors.
Thank you for allowing me to be of service.
Thank you [Newcomer Chair’s Name].
Our Group Conscience has elected a four minute time limit on individual shares. Could I please have a volunteer to be the Spiritual Timekeeper? Please wave your hand in the camera now.
Thank you, [Timekeeper’s First Name]. The Spiritual Timekeeper will say “time” at four minutes. We respectfully ask that you wrap up your share at that time.
I now turn the meeting back to our Chairperson. Thank you for allowing me to be of service.
Thank you [Secretary’s Name].
Here at Living with Dual Diagnosis we discuss a variety of topics that relate to our Recovery from our addiction to Crystal Meth and other mood or mind altering substances and our Mental Health Concerns.
Our Group has created a schedule of topics that we discuss throughout the year. Tonight’s topic is [Topic]. We encourage you to share on tonight’s topic and/or check-in with us.
At this meeting we share by a show of digital hands in the order in which the hands were raised in my participants window. If no hands are raised I will invite someone randomly to share, if they are comfortable to do so.
Sa 7:25p
We are nearing the end of our meeting, but we always save time for burning desires. If you think you’re going to hurt yourself, hurt someone else, or use a non-prescribed mood or mind altering substance after the meeting, this is your time to share. We take this time seriously.
[If there are no Burning Desire(s) continue with individual sharing until 7:30p.]
Sa 7:30p
We have come to the end of our meeting tonight. If you didn’t get a chance to share, we will remain online here for fellowship. I would like to thank our trusted servants, everyone who was here tonight, and everyone who shared.
Please keep in mind, Living with Dual Diagnosis meets twice a week. Thursdays at 7:00p Eastern and Saturdays at 6:30p Eastern.
The first Thursday of the Month we have a speaker meeting and our business meeting is the last Saturday of every month. Please join us for fellowship that starts 15 minutes prior to each meeting.
Our Twelfth Tradition states that anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all of our traditions, who you see here and what you hear here, please let it stay here.
We have a great way to close, please join me in the We version of the Serenity Prayer.
“God, grant us the Serenity to accept the things we cannot change, the Courage to change the things we can, and the Wisdom to know the difference.”
