2023 Event Information and Program

Competitor/School Information:

• Gates open 8:45am.
• Event Starts at 9:15am SHARP!
• Parents are asked to speak to their school co-ordinators for information relating to this event.

• It is the responsibility of each school sport co-ordinator to ensure that all of their competitors and families are fully aware of the Event and School Sport Victoria event conditions. Please see the SSV Website for relevant policies. COVID protocols SSV COVID Protocols can be found HERE

• COMPETITORS MUST BE AT THE VENUE NO LATER THAN 30min PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED START OF THEIR EVENT. EVENTS WILL NOT BE HELD FOR LATE COMPETITORS
• Marshalling is scheduled to occur 15min prior to event start time
• Events will not start earlier than they scheduled time on the program. Marshalling may be moved forward if the event co-ordinator deems it necessary.
• The event will be conducted under SSV Rules which can be found on the website https://www.ssv.vic.edu.au/sport/track-field

• Parking at the venue for this event is limited so schools and parents are encouraged to allow more time  to reach the venue and find a park. Please plan your trip before the day.

Progression:

• 1st and 2nd Place from each event will progress to the SCHOOL SPORT VICTORIA STATE FINALS  on Wednesday 1st November at LAKESIDE STADIUM, ALBERT PARK.
