AMA Recap - General recap of the AMA done live.

 Licensing with OGN - waiting on legal entity to sign. Done in next 45 days.

Best Practices  
        AIBOD due soon, still have time to update. Guidelines on how to do best practices? None really, more a suggestion. Use existing Contracts to build off of.

Term limits ExCOM - Diana to find original documentation on clarification. - Table topic and ensure on the same page.

        Fundraising - due end of Oct.

        CoC and Kingdom Management - due Jan.

Financial Recap - Link to financial update.

CG and IM have paid. 18 kingdoms have yet to pay. No update on when they will respond.

Goren will provide data in 30 days. Kent will provide update soon (couple weeks).

No outstanding expenditures upcoming.

Kent is preparing balance statements by the end of the month.

How we determine publication - monthly blotter concept discussed lasted meeting.

Keep - AIBOD panel at Keep. JP Brennon and maybe Kent will make it.

How to handle complaints - Creating Best Practices regarding how to manage Kingdom level complaints. Ombudsman mediation?
