I too am targeted and have traced my targeting back to childhood, possibly even birth but one thing that I am certain of is this is spiritual warfare manifesting in the flesh and by drawing close to our redeemer we are given them armor and battle plans to overcome the beast !   1. u/AstronomerJaded: My situation also has improved from heavy DEW attacks to NO DEW attacks. Loud and frequent V2K to bearly audible, less number of voices and less frequent V2K. Heavy Gangstalking and street theatre and personal insults to much more bearable contemuly and less private matters being spoken about in public. Horrible dreams to much more peaceful dreams with less violence, sexual occurrences and "spill overs" into the waking state. Bad relationship with family where i used to isolate myself and face ridicule and derision from them to Almost normal relations. At one point, I did not want to get up in the morning, always tired, no enthusiasm, suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, anger and fear of others to A much more peaceful, joyful and content state today.

Faith in God, Reading scriptures, Prayers, Fasting, Meditation, Physical exercise and creative works like music, arts, blogging as well as Good Deeds/Positive works like bringing a smile to someone's face, charity, Helping other TIs on the internet, Helping family members has helped me to find meaning in life and the will to move forward. Giving up my addictions and destructive habits like drugs, alcohol, smoking, masturbation, porn, anger, pride, etc. Gave me a new outlook on life and Things have got much better.

I have been gangstalked since 2013, I try to post my experiences here to counter the misinformation. Sorry if I sound repetitive, but I want it to be known. It goes away if you just ignore them and laugh at them. I even talk to people normally without harrassment now I just completely ignore bullshit and look piercingly/ disgustedly through people's souls if they stalk me or perform street theatre.

  1. Know thyself - this is where we lose because our system exploits lack of self awareness to exploit us all. As TIs we have it even worse and it is up to us to emancipate ourselves from mental slavery.
  2. Know thy enemy - they focus on exaggerations of strength and concealment of weakness in order to engineer reactions from us.
  3. Know your situation - As a TI, we are in the minority and can expect no help from the system so we must be on top of our game and give the enemy no footholds to drag us down.
  4. Know your channels - channels of information like MSM, social media, books, forums Common Consensus, Majority View etc are mostly compromised and disinformation is spread through these channels. You should use discernment and wisdom to gauge the nature of the information you read and see if it helps you or just makes you feel bad as is often the case.

How We Have Been Manipulated into a state of Fear, Isolation, and Hopelessness

Positive neuroplasticity helps prune the connections in your brain to weed out unnecessary attention to the negative and strengthen your focus on the positive. A brain that imprints positive emotions becomes more resilient-you bounce back quicker from negative experiences and disappointments.

This is why the gangstalkers want you to be in a state of negativity - fear, anger, envy, self pity etc. 24/7 so that after a while, they don't need to harass you anymore, you do it to yourself and pull others into the same trap.

I have observed that all methods of harassment have a common set of procedures which can be described as follows:

  1. Get the attention of the target - Mind focused on the external phenomenon(Activities of the gangstalkers) or negative thoughts of fear, anger, helplessness, and self-pity.
  2. Cause irritation/pain/discomfort/frustration or other physical and emotional torments that induces fear/anger/helplessness and other negative thought processes into the target.
  3. Repeat and make the target fall deeper into the negative spiral.

This is what they want - your mind engrossed in their actions, constantly thinking about them, anxious about the current situation, angry/fearful of "them" and basically more negativity in your mind. By doing this, we fall for their trap.

On the other hand, if we focus our energy and thoughts on positive activities - Music, Arts, Crafts, Gardening, Physical exercise, Yoga, Meditation, blogging, youtube video making, sharing knowledge/skills and focusing on any other skills that you have. This allows you to get your mind off "them", and even find a sense of purpose, be able to help others, remove feelings of fear and isolation as well as gain personal satisfaction and self confidence. Furthermore, helping other TIs on social media by providing kind words, supportive acts, having a sense of community, friendliness/brotherhood, helpful advice etc. has a lasting positive effect on both of you as well as anyone who reads. Reading positive literature like scriptures also help you gain psychological insight into the human mind(This is how i was able to understand my situation and was directed towards/ able to find psychological solutions) as well as provide solace and peace to the reader.

By doing this, we are effectively counteracting the negativity spread by gangstalkers and keeping our body and mind is a positive state which promotes feelings on joy, satisfaction and wellness.

Matthew 24:35 (KJV) “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.” 

1. Lot of the information posted online is disinformation/propaganda/misinformation/deception and lies (Not enough proof, hearsay, false conjunctures, have ulterior motives, No solutions) and intended to make the reader feel negative – fear, anxiety, worry, hopelessness, helplessness, doubt, isolate themselves, etc. In this way, one can engineer reactions and manipulate the person who is in a negative state. Many arguments used are emotional(Fake concern but no real help), based on the common consensus, bullies you into conformity, Focus on negativity(Fear) and malign others,No real proof - Mainly disjointed incongruities or half truths and full lies. The aim is to make your mind fearful, angry and helpless so that you can easily be manipulated and thus controlled.

2. When we are in such a negative state, it becomes easy to manipulate our thoughts, words, and actions. For example, after reading a post on how gang stalkers use alien technology, paid for by the government, to harass a target. The reader is left with fear, anger, mistrust, and tends to isolate themselves and read more TI torture stories on the internet. This negative feedback loop is very dangerous and causes more problems for the psyche of the TI. This is how the Targeting Program works – Repetition of negativity and inducing fear of other people into the target.

Proverbs 29:25 The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe. 

3. We must find solutions for this that are applicable at an individual level and are independently verifiable. Prayer, Reading scripture, meditation(Heals the Mind), Fasting(Heals the Body), Creative works – writing, arts, music, etc., Going outside in nature, Positive affirmations, Healthy relationship with others, Community service(Charity, Helping the less fortunate(Blind, Homeless, Disabled), helping others(Spreading hope and positive messages for TIs), gardening and other similar activities provide the TI with release from the negative feedback loop. These works also provide us with a sense of being useful, personal satisfaction and confidence level improves, we are filled with joy, love, and Camaraderie, the feelings of isolation and anger reduces while hope increases. These activities are productive and provide us with a sense of accomplishment.

4. Hand in hand with positive works, we should try to stop our negative addictions(Drugs, Alcohol), habits(Overeating, Binge-watching Movies, pornography, etc.), thoughts(Anger, envy, Self Pity), words(Arguments, Debates, Fighting),  and actions(Isolating ourselves, Fear of others) as all these are self-serving negative actions that keep us mentally weak and easily manipulatable. These activities are based on consumption and waste’s our time leaving us feeling miserable.

5. Points 3 and 4 Explains how our thoughts, words, and deeds affect our psychology and mental state. This is an ancient message preached by all religions – Victory of Light over Dark, Positive over Negativity, Good over Evil, God over Devil, Love over Hate, Unity over fear, harmony over strife, Love over anger, Virtue over Sin, and Peace over War.

The negative/evil/sin causes us to harm ourselves physically (Drugs and alcohol), mentally(Addictions), Psychologically(Anger, Fear, and Hopelessness), Sociologically (Negative behaviors like drunkenness and wars are not helpful to society at large), and Spiritually. We are most easily manipulated in a state of fear, anger, and doubt.

The positive/Good/Virtue brings joy, love, understanding, unity, and a sense of togetherness with one another, It helps improve our mood and fosters positive thoughts, peace of mind, and actions like charity, community service, and helping one another. All of which provide numerous benefits to One’s Self and Others around Us.

Performing positive actions with due diligence, routine, and dedication can free you from fear, doubt, anxiety, stress, and worry thereby making you less emotional and less prone to manipulation.

6. Quit negative thoughts, words, and actions. Begin positive thoughts, words, and actions. Live in the present moment. Do not think of the past or future, instead, live in the present and try to perform those activities that bring the most benefit to you in the present. If you have a choice between thinking about the past(Self-pity, reliving past sufferings), thinking about the future(Fear of what is to come), and living in the present(Free from past or future influence), it is obvious which choice is the right one. Similarly, If you have a choice between Performing some positive action as mentioned above or Reading negative stories about the government and technology the internet which are often disinformation and leads us into the negative spiral of fear, anxiety, helplessness, and anger, the correct choice is easy to see.

7. I am just saying that the majority view/common consensus on how and what to do about the targeting situation is completely misguided and has resulted in the prolonged suffering of many TIs. Individual action is the need of the hour and the first step is to clean our act and fix our body and mind which have been under heinous assault with long-lasting effects. There is no need for testimonials that say that stuff like positive thinking, physical exercise, fasting, creative works, meditation, and other works are beneficial to the body and mind. However, In addition to this, Specifically for TIs, Prayer and Faith in God + Reading scriptures is very helpful and can deliver you from the enemy. Specific countermeasures to common harassment techniques

  1. Sleep Deprivation: When you find yourself tired, listless, sleeping badly, weird dreams(recurring), then the best way is to start some kind of physical exercise or yoga daily. Further, when you wake up suddenly at night, instead of trying to go back to sleep, try saying a small prayer and meditate. You will find that focusing your ears on the silence at night (sound of insects) is a great way to soothe your nerves and rest your mind and body. Slow and Deep breathing using the diaphragm complements your meditation practice. Usually we breathe on autopilot, in the background, the aim here is to gain awareness of the flow of the breath and focus our mind on the flow ( Go with the flow) and thus practice meditation. The same can also be achieved by focusing on background noise and being aware of every noise like keyboard strokes, cars, birds and other sounds.

  1. Noise campaign: To make you averse to sounds and hence meditation, noise campaigns are done using voices, cough, motor vehicle engines, etc. In this situation, one must try not to cringe or twitch, instead of the focus on your breath and try to listen to the noise and not recoil from it. Thoughts like “why is my body reacting like this?”, “Is this permanent? “, all make us fear the enemy and lead us to perform engineered reactions. Rest assured that it is not permanent and there is a solution for all of these. When you wake up at night, try to listen to the “sound of silence” and focus on your breath.

  1. DEW: This one is tough but you can prepare yourself psychologically to ignore the physical pain. Know that it does reduce in intensity if you clean up your body using methods like fasting, clean eating, and stopping drugs/smoking/alcohol. It is good to note that, when undergoing painful surgery, it is best NOT TO THINK ABOUT THE PAIN and instead try to distract yourself with something else like reading, music, writing, meditation – the flow of breath. STAY AWAY FROM ELECTRONICS AND SWITCH OFF WIFI AND GO INTO NATURE(BARE FEET TOUCHING THE EARTH - GROUNDING) AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

  1. RNM: This is a psychological tactic that keeps you in fear and anxiety. Just don't think about it. Keeping a Thought Journal can provide insight into how they try to manipulate you and can reveal interesting facts about your psychology that can give you more insight into your own thought process. This coupled with practicing restraint or saying “Ill do this in 10 minutes”, Logging the thought and then waiting 10 minutes before acting on it. Any thought that leads to words or actions - could be commenting on social media, could be confronting neighbours about something, could even be going to the internet and reading something. You will begin to see patterns and notice how they manipulate your thought process into

  1.  V2K: This serves to irritate you and deceive/mislead you with false information and guidance. Again just ignore the words and never act on their instigation. Meditation keeps the thoughts, sounds and voices in your head minimal and helps you recognize your own thoughts and distinguish it from implanted ones. It also allows you to catch them when they use v2k with your own voice and make you think that you are saying such and such and thus manipulate you into thinking that “this is what you want”.

  1. Gangstalking, Gaslighting, Workplace mobbing, Isolation – All these are psychological tactics that are meant to keep you in fear, get angry reactions out of you, and make you feel helpless. Just ignore it as much as possible – In 99% of the cases, The people won’t hurt you unless you start the fight or provoke them or fall for their instigation and antagonize them even though they did it first.

We can see that most if not all these tactics are psychological and the aim is to either engineer a certain reaction(violence, fear, foolish actions that discredit the victim, etc.) from you. TIs should not fall for the bait and perform the expected action. Instead of ignoring and even performing some positive action like smiling at them and asking if they need help with something are known ways to make them back off.

Keep calm at all times, do not fear, and never react violently. Handle emotional outbursts and always try to stay one step ahead of the persecutors by understanding why they do what they do, what their expected reaction is, and do the opposite or do not react at all.

Common tricks and psychological manipulation used by the enemy:

  1. Exaggeration of strength and hiding weakness - they make it look like they know everything and are omnipresent but they are not. The illusion of power - you will find that even many people are in on it, they are not all-powerful and there are ways to fight them like keeping your mental and physical health up, prayer, and meditation.
  2. Jump Scares and theatrics- Suddenly pushing attacks/information/stalking that have an effect on mind and body which makes the victim think that they are under large scale attack but it is often not the case. Focus on trigger words and sudden events to give the illusion that all hell has broken loose but if you keep a calm mind, you can weather any storm.
  3. Continuous repetition - negativity and making the situation worse than it is. Continuous negative assertions drag the consciousness down into the pit of despair. We must learn to ignore or reverse these into positive affirmations for our subconscious mind. Chanting positive affirmations and prayers helps do this.
  4. Lies, disinformation, and deception to make the person think and do what they want. Misleading info, narratives with no solution, negative stories all serve to drag you down and make you feel helpless and afraid.
  5. Nudges, Cravings, Call to action - Thoughts, feelings, and other ways to engineer actions that benefit the enemy using Remote NEURAL Manipulation. Various actions like anger, violence, lust, and others are triggered in the target by various means.
  6. Keep the target ignorant of the truth since the truth will set you free and knowledge is power
  7. Will often make you lose progress/peace/happiness through doubt and make the target believe they are doing the wrong thing when in fact they are on the right path. Inversely, they will provide happy feelings, satisfaction, reduce pain, etc. when the target is doing what they want.
  8. Will do anything and everything to turn you away from God, reading the scriptures and meditation including exploiting biases, beliefs, and past experiences.
  9. Make you selfish, prideful, angry, fearful so that you are easily manipulated and misled. Selfishness keeps all the Goodness out of your experience - if you help people even if they don’t deserve it, you will find that the universe will help you - Selflessness
  10. By focusing our attention on creative activities we enjoy like writing, art, music, physical exercise, and other avenues other than thinking about the actions of the gangstalkers and the sufferings, we can keep our mental and physical faculties intact and be in a more positive state which is better equipped to handle this kind of assault on the human body and mind.

Examples and Solutions for frequently observed manipulation techniques

  1.  Misdirection and distraction from progress. For example, when you are doing something that makes you happy like any creative activity(physical exercise, drawing, painting, singing, music etc) that you enjoy. Your become completely engrossed in your work and you will forget all about the gangstalking, v2k, rnm, dew etc. At this point, as you become more peaceful and happy, they will remind you about their deeds and bring you back into a fearful and desperate/helpless mindset.

SOLUTION: IGNORE THEIR WORDS AND ACTIONS

  1.  Mixing lies with truth. They will tell you the truth(Demean your negative habits like drinking, masturbation, anger etc) and you will feel "Why should i listen to them, they are bad people". This way they keep away from progress by improving yourself by understanding and resisting your flaws/temptation.

SOLUTION: Discern the truth, Act only on the truth and IGNORE the lies.

  1.  Make you feel disillusionment or lose hope and faith. Even when you make progress(improve your mental state from a negative to positive state), they will double the attack and make you think that there is no progress and there is no use in continuing(losing faith - resistance is futile)

SOLUTION : Remain STEADFAST in faith and IGNORE All attempts to misguide you.

  1.  They will make you think that there is no way to cure a problem - However, there is always a way to counter what ever measure that they take against you.

SOLUTION: I have found that focusing on other creative activities that you enjoy like physical exercise, writing, drawing, music, art, meditation etc are good ways to get your mind off their actions.

  1.  They exploit emotions like fear(I am isolated), anger(How is this fair?), envy(Nothing happens to people who are worse than me!) , pride(I am strong and others cant handle what i go through [lone wolf syndrome], gluttony(Overeating, comfort foods, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and overconsumption of anything that you enjoy), sloth(All this is happening to me, what is the use, let me just lie here)

SOLUTION: Do not let your emotions, Intellect , Physical circumstances lead you. Rather try to remain calm, collected and keep your mind in a peaceful state free from thought, anxiety and brooding on negative actions and narratives of the enemy.

  1.  They will turn your loved ones and anyone around you against you and use them to hurt you.

SOLUTION: IGNORE and do not fall into dismay and hatred. Rather FORGIVE them.

  1.  They will keep you anxious, mistrustful of others, helpless, hopeless and afraid through your BE-LIE-FS.

SOLUTION: Keep an open mind and do not firmly hold on to any BE-LIE-F SYSTEM.

  1.  Their aim is to keep you away from others and isolated. In this way, you are unable to socialize with others, discuss and learn how to cope/manage this phenomenon. It also keeps you stagnant as interaction with others is necessary for mental growth and understanding.

SOLUTION: Make a group of people that also face the same problems and are managing their problems in a level headed manner with proven results. (Coherence in thought, word and action) This is what i am trying to achieve on this sub-reddit.

  1.  THEY FOCUS ON REPETITION AND ARE PREDICTABLE. Same tactics, Same phrases, Same everything! You can even predict when they will attack you. The more you understand about them(When do they attack me? , What am i thinking when they attack me?, Do they attack me when i do certain actions? etc) the easier it is for you counter them!

Exodus 14:14 KJV "The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace." - Peace here refers to both, silence of the mouth and silence and peace of MIND achieved through meditation.

As you can see, most if not all of the tactics of the enemy involve a high degree of psychological warfare. Understanding this is the first step forward and fighting back. Meditation - Calming the mind and stilling the thought process promotes wellness, peace and contentment of both physical and psychological nature.

It is difficult to manipulate or instigate a person who is meditating and it reduces the hold/strength of emotions, intellectual arguments/persuasions and physical conditions - all of which are being used against us in order to make us perform some kind of engineered reaction.

As a TI, It is important to keep ourselves calm and not be manipulated by emotions, physical feelings or intellectual arguments. Some important Theories that help us analyze and understand phenomenon and situations better:

  1. “Crow’s Law: Do not believe what you want to believe until you know what you ought to know.”

  1. Occam’s Razor: Hypotheses are not to be multiplied without necessity. Given missing, ambiguous, and contradictory information, analysts should seek the simplest hypotheses that will account for the information on hand. Multiplication of hypotheses like "my neighbour is spying on me using so and so technology" without concrete evidence leads to pandemonium and hundreds of videos which show nothing except that the chap who made the video is spying on the neighbour.

  1. "Crabtree’s Bludgeon: No set of mutually inconsistent observations can exist for which some human intellect cannot conceive a coherent explanation, however complicated. human ability to make too much out of too little. eg: Wild theories like this start from microwave harassment to satellite controlled AI supercomputer that target the population with neural monitoring tech and send messages to gangstalkers faster than real time so that they can exploit synchronicities and manipulate animal/insect behaviour for no perceivable gain other than harass TIs.

  1. “The pairing of two or more apparently inconsistent patterns that represent a consistent underlying reality.” These complicate the task of incongruity testing by adding clutter to the process. They can result from different perspectives of the underlying pattern or as the result of our ability to detect order in random patterns. This is pretty much what is going on in all websites, social media and sources of information         that relate to targeted individuals. eg: Pattern 1: Patent for V2K and RNM tech exists, Pattern 2: I hear my thoughts being echoed from neighbours house => neighbours are using this tech on me.
  2. inconsistency in words and narratives like statements without proof. "CIA is stalking me" but no pictures of the agents sitting in a van, "neighbours are using advanced technology to harass me" but not a single picture of the tech in the neighbours house, ".
  3. Disjointed incongruities “involve inconsistencies that have become, in the perceptions of the viewer if not in fact, separated or mismatched.” The incongruities are not recognized because the different sets of inconsistent patterns are never paired. Jokes, hoaxes, and deceptions all rely on disjointed incongruities.

In this case, observer A perceives situation A and observer B perceives situation B. It may be the case that situations A and B are representations of the same situation, but unfortunately this situation is not the true situation, C

History of Targeting

Ecclesiastes 1:9 The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. 

There exist ample evidence of people 200 years back (James Tilly Matthews), 100 years back (Viktor Tausk) who have experienced the exact same thing is TIs today - Gangstalking, DEW, RNM and V2K. Tilly, suffered from all these in the 18th century way before electricity was commercialized. Tausk was a psychoanalyst who found dozens of patients describing similar problems and experiences.

Targeting is totally biblical Gangstalking is clearly mentioned in Job 19, the whole book is about persecution of a minority by the majority, People hearing voices is a common occurrence, All the prophets, Job and others suffered infirmities like sores and other ailments/physical injuries(DEW). Furthermore, all phenomenon related to Targeting: especially manipulation of synchronicities, dreams, using animals, birds and insects to harass targets, Gangstalking, DEW, V2K and RNM can all be easily explained by demonic activity and possession.

In fact, most of these claims are outlandish and seem straight out of a horror sci-fi film to the “normal” or “not targeted” individual. Therefore, the usual behaviour we see on social media where TIS accuse secret societies, intelligence agencies, governments, aliens and other groups of orchestrating gangstalking, RNM, V2K, DEW attacks, “Dream Infiltration”, Noise campaigns and other harassment for little to no gain, serves to instill a spirit of fear, anger, isolation, disillusionment, hopelessness and fosters feelings of helplessness, hatred, self pity and other negative emotions that do not help the TI. Furthermore, such claims if taken to authorities and family members can result in the TI getting discredited, laughed at and even institutionalized depending on how the point is put across.

If nothing, please understand that negativity is not helpful for you, those around you and people who you interact with on social media.

Practice of these 3 things will greatly improve your mental and physical health as well as help others who interact with you:

  1. Fasting and Physical Exercise - Cleans up Your body and improves your physical health and, since the mind and body are connected, improves your mood and is a good source of dopamine as well.
  2. Prayers, Reading Scripture and Positive Thinking - In my Opinion, this was the turning point for me as i was able to get new insight, hope for the future, courage/strength and the will to persevere onwards in spite of the DEW, V2K, Gangstalking, Betrayals by Family, Sleep deprivation and Noise campaigns.
  3. Good Deeds - With all the negativity that fills the world and social media, especially as a TI, it is a dangerous thing to feed yourself. Thus, instead of spreading conspiracy theories, accusing each other of being perps, gatekeeping who is a TI and who isnt, endless arguments, dissensions and quarrels on social media, putting others down and trying to outsmart the next person, I strongly urge you to spread positive messages of hope, uplift your fellow man, provide succor and a helping hand to those who are suffering. If you have found something that helps you fight the targeting better, dont hesitate to share. Be the light in the darkness.

The psychological benifits of Good Deeds are enormous. They provide us the satisfaction of being useful and helpful to others. They allow us to feel wanted and keep us from isolating ourselves. They keep our mindset positive and we feel love, joy and peace from practicing these deeds.

Abdullah ibn Mas’ud reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever recites a letter from the Book of Allah, he will receive one good deed as ten good deeds like it. I do not say that Alif Lam Mim is one letter, but rather Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter, and Mim is a letter.”

The above 2 verses imply that reading scripture is a good deed and illustrate the importance of the same. At the very least, we gain joy and a sense of wellbeing by performing good deeds.

Early bird catches the worm, sleep early, wake up early. If you face sleep disruption as many TIs do, avoid going back to sleep and instead read scripture, it will put you back to sleep in no time!

Prayers and/or giving thanks before activities like eating, sleeping, cooking and meditating is a great idea as it gives us a sense of routine and provides a positive start to the activity. Keeping a daily log or journal of ideas, thoughts and deeds is also great.

Here are a few things to keep in mind and practice in order to see more results within a week.

  1. Cold/Cool/lukewarm         water shower can change your breathing pattern and make you calm
  2. Avoid         Meat, Eggs, Dairy, processed sugars, excessively spicy foods and stick to vegetables, fruits, beans and nuts. Keep yourself hydrated. In fact, Fasting for the first 2-3 days – Eating once every 20-24 hours is invaluable for physical and mental health.
  3. Eat once a day for 2-3 days to start (once in 24 hours) and once you start seeing results you can eat as per requirement.
  4. Practice Mindfulness/Awareness - When breathing, Consciously breathe In or Out(Say in your mind - I am breathing in/out, and then breathe in/out). When cooking, cleaning, bathing, reading, watching videos, speaking or doing any activity, focus your mind's awareness on the task at hand and do not let it wander.
  5. Physical Exercise, meditation and Yoga is essential
  6. Quit addictions like TV, Internet, Social Media, Drugs, Alcohol. People spend the whole day and night online – try to avoid this.                  
  7. Try to spend more time in nature , Barefooted on the surface of the earth - Ground Yourself
  8. Avoid         engaging in unfruitful talk and deeds like gossip, quarrels,         condemnation of others, and do not feed emotions like fear, anger, envy, greed.          
  9. Be careful how and with whom you spend your time and energy on/with (If you are spending most of your time online looking at Conspiracy/TI forums, social media, youtube channels – you are just inviting more negativity into your life)
  10. Be aware of the numerous distractions that will pop up like thoughts and emotions when you do meditate, be strong and use your will power         to continue until you feel calmer - body and mind.                           
  11. Reading positive literature like Buddhist Parables, Scripture like the Bible, Quran, Gita and similar books improves your mindset and provides valuable insight into the human psyche.        
  12. REPEATED CHANTING OF MANTRAS, VERSES OF SCRIPTURE(Psalms, Prayers), NAMES OF GOD (99 Names of ALLAH), POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS while meditating is an invaluable tool to keep the mind in check!         

Few more positive ideas and activities that one can take part in order to find meaning, gain a sense of satisfaction, feel wanted, remove feelings of isolation, gain self confidence and a host of other positive thoughts and emotions to feed the conscious and subconscious mind.

  1. Help         others on social media by posting positive, uplifting posts which give hope, insight, provide support and spread positive emotions         like kindness, friendship, brotherhood and more. This will slowly         improve your psyche and change your mindset – removing fear, anger, hatred and giving you a new found sense of well being.
  2. Adopt a stray or buy a plant and take care of it daily.
  3. Write a Blog, Make Blog/facebook/instagram/Youtube content focusing on some positive work like landscape photography, positive affirmations, support group, all of which provide a sense of peace, calmness and spread joy and togetherness when shared.
  4. Creative activities like music, art, craft, writing, carving, photography, cooking, blogging, gardening should keep you busy and away from negativity of social media, conspiracy websites and other TI related stuff.
  5. Try to take a trip away from it all, get a change of scenery, go to the seaside, visit the mountains, go hiking in the mountains for a few days. Get away from the clutter and renew your mind in the presence of Mother nature.         
  6. Practice positive thinking using positive affirmations and prayers. I cant stress this enough as both positive affirmations and prayers provide         an invaluable coping method against isolation, depression, fear and anxiety.

Self help is the best help, with strong discipline, will power and focus, you will be able to renew your mind and body as well as gain insight into your situation by following this daily routine for a week.
