Regarding the CIF football game on Friday 11/15, it is suggested that students arrive at 6:30pm due to parking limitation because Bonita high school is having an event in the BCA. There is no guarantee for parking after 7pm.

Student Section

Calling all Football Players:  Our end of season banquet will take place on Wednesday, December 4th at Hillcrest in La Verne.  Tickets are on sale now in the finance office now.  You must have a ticket to attend.  Cost is $25 for players and $30 for family members.  A full course meal will be served.  The banquet combines all  levels of players Freshman, JV, and Varsity.  The banquet will start at 6:00 p.m.  Get your tickets early space is limited.  Go Saints!

Get ready for fall week starting Monday the 18th. Everyday will be a different spirit day and activity during lunch. Monday wear fall colors and join renaissance at the quad during lunch for an apple bobbing contest!

Grad Nite Registration/Final payment dates:  Seniors if you have not registered for Grad Nite you will have one more opportunity on January 31st to register.  Space is limited, but there are still spots available.  Mark your calendars and plan to bring a deposit of $125 or full payment of $225 on January 31st to confirm you spot.  Final payment for all Seniors attending Grad nite will be February 28th.  If you have any questions see Mrs. Lowary in the front office.

Attention Seniors Make up graduation orders:  If you did not order a Cap and Gown or your Graduation announcements, Jostens will be on campus Wednesday, November 13th during lunch for Make-up orders.  This will be your last opportunity to order items in person with a Jostens representative.  Please make a note of the above date, and order your items on November 13th.

On the Spot Admissions!University of La Verne will be on Campus Thursday, November 21st during 7th period to host an on the spot admissions day! They will be accepting Seniors on the spot that meet the following criteria:
- 2.0 weighted GPA
- SAT (Math & Verbal) score: 980 or ACT score: 19 composite.
Must bring unofficial transcripts. Sign up in the Career Center to reserve your spot to meet with an admissions rep.

Stressing out about college applications? Don't worry because Counselors and Chromebooks will be available in the media center after school to help with any college application on the following days: Wednesday November 13th, Wednesday November 20th & Wednesday December 4th.

Mt. SAC and Citrus College visit SDHS to assist Seniors throughout the application process. Students who complete all workshops are granted with priority registration and benefits through Mt. Sac's Promise+Plus Program or Citrus College's Promise Program. Students must attend all workshops for these benefits. They will take place in the Media Center during 5th & lunch. One of the fastest growing sports leading to college scholarships is women's wrestling.  Are you a mixed martial artist? MMA's in the UFC that are dominant happen to be wrestlers. Wrestling for females is growing rapidly, so why not give it a try? Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) Scholarship: A multi year program that runs concurrently with a student's normal college or university course of study with the purpose to educate and train highly qualified young men and women for careers as commissioned officers in the United States Marine Corps.
