Hourly hire

£150

This charge applies for the hire of the Plaza, even if not all facilities are used. Any hires that extend beyond midnight on the last day of the hire will be charged this fee for each hour past midnight.

Daily hire – no admission fee

£540

This charge applies for day hire – when no admission fee is being charged by the hirer. Assumed to be between noon and midnight - any other times to be discussed with the Bookings Manager.

Daily hire – with admission fee

£750

This charge applies when the hirer is charging a fee for tickets. Assumed to be between noon and midnight – any other times to be discussed with the Bookings Manager.

Weekly hire

£4500

The standard weekly hire is assumed to be between noon Sunday and noon the following Sunday – other times to be discussed with the Bookings Manager.

Overnight hire

£450

Hire from 9pm or 10pm for a period of five hours, re paranormal investigations.

Box Office Commission

10%

This covers all ticketing set up charges, all commission charged by Romsey Visitor Information Centre (our Box Office), and publicity on our website, leaflets, customer mailshot and Facebook. It also covers all relevant PRS charges. It applies for all tickets sold and is charged BEFORE any agreed hire fee or box office split.

Extra RAODS staff

Neg’ble

Applies re any additional technicians, per performance / rehearsal day. Any requirement for extra staff to be discussed with bookings.manager@raods.org.uk - based on 180 pounds per extra technician per day.

Greenroom hire
