All charges are noted exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the rate applicable at the time of invoice.

Hourly hire

£130

This charge applies for the hire of the Plaza, even if not all facilities are used. Any hires that extend beyond midnight on the last day of the hire will be charged this fee for each hour past midnight.

Daily hire – no admission charge

£460

This charge applies for day hire – when no admission fee is being charged by the hirer.

Daily hire – with admission charge

£650

The standard daily hire is assumed to be between noon and midnight – any other times to be discussed with the Bookings Manager.

Weekly hire

£3900

The standard weekly hire is assumed to be between noon Sunday and noon the following Sunday – other times to be discussed with the Bookings Manager.

Overnight hire

£350

Hire from 9pm or 10pm for a period of five hours, re paranormal investigations.

Box Office Commission

10%

This covers all ticketing set up charges, all commission charged by Romsey Visitor Information Centre (our Box Office), and publicity on our website, leaflets, customer mailshot and Facebook. It applies for all tickets sold and is charged BEFORE any agreed hire fee or box office split.

Extra RAODS staff

Negotiable

Applies re any additional technicians, per performance / rehearsal day. To be discussed with bookings.manager@raods.org.uk - based on 130 pounds per extra technician per day.

Greenroom hire

Negotiable

To be discussed with the Theatre Hire Manager at bookings.manager@Raods.org.uk 

Equipment hire

Negotiable

To be discussed with the Technical Manager at technical.manager@Raods.org.uk

Costume hire
