- Once finalized the goals will be uploaded into IPLAN reviewed and possible modified.
- The CEP is a live document. I will invite the SLT to provide input for any modifications to the goals.

- Chronic absenteeism goal for this year was not met (for P.S. 201 and across district)
- A program involving parents with an agreement did help improve attendance of a target population of students.
- Will continue to utilize Dojo to help parents get students to school every day.
- End of year assessments are complete and students are now working on end of year assessments (like iReady and Acadience).
- 3K and Prek is taking an end of year assessment “Teaching Strategies”

- Joshua: Shares out specific experiences with student improvement in assessment.
- Davi: Shares out improvement seen in her students with Decodables.
- Review of curriculum, what will stay the same, what is changing (Math).
- Joshua: Shares out experience from today’s training in new math program.
- Simpson: Program will Increase rigor, conversations, project based learning, and tap into all learning styles
- Calderon: Will district provide a tech training for the tech component of the math curriculum the tech support in the building knows how to support colleagues if they need assistance.
- Clarification: Curriculum components are varied and not all parts require technology.
- Parent workshops around the new math curriculum will be held next year.
- PTA: Parents would like more detailed information about what children are learning. The monthly newsletters overview the month but parents have voiced wanting to know from week-to-week what the lessons are focused on.
- District wide event: Caribbean Heritage Celebration is happening tonight.
- Hoping to show of our school during event and have fun. Increase community engagement.
- Wednesday is the unveiling of mural on school building.
- Ballroom Basix celebration is upcoming.
- CEC is celebrating leadership across school. 3 students and 1 staff member will be awarded on Wednesday night. Ruthi, Yuequi, Arleen & Mr. Dennis Mahese
- P.S. 154 is summer school site with QCH and commonpoint.
- Aspire is our new partnership that will hold after school. QCH will not return in September.
- PTA: Hawaii theme breakfast for seniors.
- Photo booth will be provided.
- Volunteers needed for carnival.
- Senior trip today at Dave and Busters a success.
