Directions: Use the activities provided to get you moving! Attempt to get at least 30 minutes of Physical activity each day! You may use ANY combination of provided activities to earn your 30 minutes! Do them ALL or ONLY your favorites!

SOARing Falcons Daily Fitness Challenge!
Purpose: This activity encourages families to become more physically active and to take steps toward a healthier lifestyle. Each day, students are asked to complete a different activity. TO MAKE IT MORE EXCITING- Invite a friend or family member to join!!
Put a check or an ‘X’ in the box after the student completes the day’s activity.

1 | Do 50 Jumping Jacks with a friend or family member! | ||
2 | Complete at least 20 curl ups, crunches, or sit-ups (HINT: Tuck your feet under your couch to make it easier!) | ||
3 | Skip around the house while singing the SOAR song! (Don’t forget the S.O.A.R with your hands!) | ||
4 | Hold a Plank for 1- minute -OR- Challenge a family member or friend to a plank competition (Hold it as long as you can !) | ||
5 | Jog in place for 30 seconds in EVERY ROOM of your house! | ||
6 | Perform 50 lunges (25 per leg!) |

Use Bundled Up Socks if you don’t have a Beanbag!
Use ANY ball you can find! - Foam ball, basketball, nerf ball, soccer ball, etc! PRACTICE OUTSIDE for SAFETY!
Use this Target for MANY skills at your house! Underhand toss, over hand throw, kicking, striking, etc!
Be sure you are Outside or in a safe area using a soft ball (Bundled socks or balled up paper work also!)
