FAQS

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.

Will the concert be indoors or outdoors?

Candlelight Concerts at Magnolia Hall will be indoors. The venue is located outside the first floor of the parking garage.

When should I arrive?

The concert will be 65 minutes long. Doors will open 45 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 30 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

Can I bring animals?

No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com if you plan to bring a service animal.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

Is there an age requirement?

Must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are photos and videos allowed to be taken during the performance?

No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performance except for the last song. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Is there food and drink available?

There will be a cash bar serving beverages. Last call is at 9:45pm.

Is there parking available?

There is parking available in the Piedmont Park garage located at 1320 Monroe Drive, Atlanta, GA 30306. The garage is off of Monroe Drive on Worchester Drive, or visitors can enter off Piedmont Avenue at the Atlanta Botanical Garden entrance.  Please reference this map of Piedmont Park to help navigate to and from the venue. The park is accessed from the lowest floor. We encourage guests to consider ride-sharing or public transportation.

Are the candles flammable?

No, for the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Do I need to wear a mask?

We encourage all attendees to wear masks during the experience and will have them available if needed.
