This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the AI Assistant services provided by MIRcode ("MIRcode," "we," "us," or "our") on platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram. MIRcode provides AI Assistant services that help users perform various tasks through platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram. These services may include but are not limited to answering queries, providing information, and assisting with tasks.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to our services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrights, are owned by MIRcode or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
5.2. User Content: You retain ownership of all content that you submit or transmit through our services. By submitting content, you grant MIRcode a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any and all media.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MIRcode be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIRcode, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Kazakhstan International Arbitration (KIA). The seat of arbitration shall be Kokshetau, Kazakhstan.

12.1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MIRcode regarding your use of our services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
12.2. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
12.3. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
