Simple Goal Setting Worksheet (PDF)

Follow these five simple steps to achieve your goals. Remember small goals can add up to bigger goals so take smaller achievable steps instead of bigger, and difficult steps to save yourself from disappointment and successfully achieve your targets.

Step 1: Identify your goal. Include specifics about your goal like what exactly it is and when you plan on achieving it.

Step 2: Identify HOW this goal is going to help you.

Step 3: Write down the steps you need to take to achieve this goal, no matter how small.

Step 4: Be ready to tackle any obstacles by identifying them. LList down what can hinder your goal achievement and what you can do about it.
