The programme includes six coaching sessions. Hodology is a self-coaching framework - a set of tools and techniques that you can use to work on your personal development. It's a way of taking ownership of your learning and growth, which you can use again and again. The coaching sessions focus on teaching you how to use these tools.

The emphasis is on action over introspection.  Coaching is not a therapy session - although you will undoubtedly do some personal growth along the way - but a practical programme to help you make long-term changes.

Sessions

The programme includes five sessions. You'll hear fascinating and relevant research, and there will be an opportunity to share your experiences and learnings. Expect high energy and relatable anecdotes. If you can’t make the sessions, you can watch the recording at any time during the programme.

What is Hodology?

Hodology is a self-coaching framework for women and non-binary folk who want to explore alternatives to everything they've been told to be.

Finding your path doesn't mean you have to quit your job, move to the country, and start a goat farm (unless that's what you want to do). It simply means being true to yourself and living by your values. It means finding a way to be a little bit more you every goddamn day.

How does the programme work?

Over the ten weeks, you’ll identify and achieve a goal that helps you align your life with your values. After the ten weeks, you will have all you need to repeat the process as often as necessary to find a path as interesting as you are.

Who is the coach?

My name is Libby. As a change consultant with over a decade of experience, I specialise in transformation as an ongoing process. I am also a yoga teacher and the founder of Hodology.

What’s included in the programme?

How do I access the programme?

All the programme content and conversations are online and designed to be accessible to as wide an audience as possible. You will need basic computing knowledge, including operating a browser and accessing audio and video files.

What is the expedition?

Expeditions are the heartbeat of Hodology, where ideas are turned into value. They are fixed-length experiments where you focus on achieving one goal. The rest of the programme ensures that as you go through the expedition, nothing gets in the way of your goal.

When are the sessions?

They are 60-minutes long, online and scheduled at 18:00 GMT / 19:00 CET / 12:00 CST.

When are the coaching calls?

The programme includes six one-on-one coaching sessions. The first and last are 60-minutes, and the rest are 45-minutes long. They are online, and you book them through the site at a time to suit you.

When do I start?

Once you complete the payment, you can start anytime in the next three months. The discovery session kickstarts the ten weeks, and we’re off! As the goal (one of the goals!) is to build momentum and consistency, the programme can’t be paused.

If I don’t like it, can I cancel?

The short answer is no. I designed the ten-week programme to prove what you’re capable of when you don’t let yourself down. This is why when you sign up, you need to finish what you started. You can do it! I’ll be with you every step of the way.

Intuition - The Things We Know

For many, the concept of an "inner voice" is a self-help cliché. What does science have to say about intuition and the cost of ignoring our hunches? Learn the why and how of benefitting from your ineffable knowledge.

Goals - Beyond Motivation

Motivational hooks frequently top the bestseller list. Despite this, many of us still struggle to achieve our goals. What if how much you want it isn’t the issue? Learn how to maintain motivation over the long term.

Uncertainty - Figuring It Out

Sometimes, we step outside what is familiar to explore, grow, or try new things. And sometimes, life kicks us right in our comfort zone. Learn to be more skilled in making the most of whatever changes come your way.

Sabotage - The Little Voice

Self-sabotage can take many forms, such as procrastination, perfectionism, or negative self-talk. Learn how to identify and overcome these self-defeating habits before they defeat you.

Permission - Showing Up

From asking for a raise to going after what we want, we have been socialised to believe we need permission. Learn how to stop asking for permission to be unapologetically you.
