Addressed to Thain and Kentington:

Conditions regarding my contributions to Save Our Ship 2 (SOS2)

1. You can pull and/or selectively copy whatever code you deem good from the 11 commits in the EXP test repo here. Fixes/changes were listed on your Discord in #testing. I suggest you do this first as eventually this fork will be deleted.

2. You can copy any info on wiki pages from the EXP repo and documentation on google docs. You can also do the same with the EXP dev sheet provided you keep the credits for any listed contributions where they are listed.

3. As you have removed me from an active contributor role you may take my name off the about.xml author list. In the game credits (currently found in Building_ArchotechSpore) you may do the same and relist me under special thanks (or similar future category).

4. On the Steam page of SOS2, in the description you will add a credits section. In it you will list every contributor in the same way as the in-game credits section, under the following (or similar wording): "SOS2 was made possible with the community efforts from:".

5. I have not given you permission to take my work and present it as your own. You have done so with your GitHub repo, not only discrediting me but also the other 8 contributors. To rectify this situation you must do the following:

6. This new repo and the current Steam page will be the only places you can use my code (and other contributions) on. No other replication (except for personal use - like someone forking the repo in order to submit PRs, etc.), no use in any other or derivative works. You are also not allowed to commercialize (sell) my contributions under any circumstances. Any transfer of ownership of SOS2 to a third party bears the same conditions and responsibilities. You can repeat the same procedure for the CK repo as well, same conditions.

7. Once you have done this, let me know and i will provide links to your repos in my EXP and CK repos as well as clearly state that the work will continue there without me, as you have barred me from contributing.

8. I will then permanently archive my EXP and CK repos, delete the EXP test repo, notify you of these actions and stop any further interaction with you two (unless you break any conditions set in these points in the future).

You have until 26.Jun 2024 to conform to these conditions.

Failure to meet my conditions or you taking any action against me or the EXP repo (such as DMCA claims) will result in an immediate DMCA claim of SOS2 containing my code in all of your distributions (including Steam).
