1, 13.25-ounce package angel hair pasta or
⅔ cup marinara sauce
⅔ cup grated vegan parmesan cheese

Extra marinara for topping
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Drain the spaghetti and let cool. Toss cooled pasta with sauce and cheese until fully coated.
Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Place pasta in each cup to make a nest, then press down in the middle with a spoon.
Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Place on cooling rack. Let nests cool in muffin tin to retain shape
Suggestion: Serve with a meatball and extra marinara sauce.
