Cancellations and Refunds
We appreciate your support and are committed to providing clear and transparent information about our donation cancellation & refund procedures. Please take a look.
Cancellations:
- Make a Difference does not offer cancellations for one-time donations.
- Recurring donations can be canceled at any time by writing to donations@makeadiff.in.
- Please ensure that you cancel recurring donations at least 1 month in advance before the next scheduled payment to prevent being charged for that cycle.
- If the communication for cancellation is less than 30 days of the next scheduled payment, then we will only be able to cancel it for the upcoming month and not the same month.
Refunds:
- Make a Difference does not provide refunds for general one time or recurring donations, except in cases of unauthorized transactions or system errors.
- If you believe your donation was processed in error, please contact our support team at donations@makeadiff.in within 3 days of the transaction with the relevant details.
