PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY
Promotional offer is valid during the operating hours of DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale between 11/6/2025 and 1/11/2026 (the “Promotional Period”), or while supplies last. Must be physically located in Arizona. Must be 21+ years of age or older. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play at DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion.
In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must (1) be physically located on the DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale property; (2) have a valid online DraftKings Sportsbook account; and (3) choose between
(a) completing Qualifying Deposits (defined below) totaling $25,000 or more into your online DraftKings Sportsbook account during operating hours in the Promotional Period, or
(b) placing Qualifying Bets (defined below) totaling $25,000 or more at DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale. Customers who complete the promotion requirements will receive a reward.
QUALIFYING DEPOSITS
Qualifying Deposits must be made with a cashier at DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale and must be made into your online DraftKings Sportsbook account. Qualifying Deposits must be made with cash or your debit card. Deposits made directly on the app will not count toward this Promotion, meaning deposits placed directly on the DraftKings Sportsbook or DraftKings Sportsbook & Casino apps or websites will not count toward this Promotion. To receive a reward from this Promotion, you must complete a cumulative total of $25,000 or more in Qualifying Deposits during the Promotional Period.
QUALIFYING BETS
Qualifying Bets must be placed at the retail betting kiosk/counter on the DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale property. Qualifying Bets must have odds of -200 or longer (-250 +100, +300, etc.). Bets placed prior to the Promotional Period will not count toward this Promotion. Bets placed on the DraftKings Sportsbook or DraftKings Sportsbook & Casino apps or websites will not count toward this Promotion. All other bet types are excluded from this Promotion. Cashed out bets and voided bets will not count toward this Promotion. To receive a reward from this Promotion, you must complete a cumulative total of $25,000 or more in Qualifying Bets during the Promotional Period.
BONUS REDEMPTION TERMS
Upon completing either an Original Deposit or Qualifying Bets, eligible customers will receive one (1) prize package, totaling approximately $1,000 in prize value. Cumulative Deposits and Bets will be tracked by the on-site DraftKings Sportsbook team. To track and check your progress, please speak to a representative on site at DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale.
Prize Package includes the following:
-One (1) bourbon tasting experience hosted by DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale and a partner distillery;
-One (1) DraftKings decanter set; and
-Five (5) $100 food and beverage gift cards to be used on subsequent visits to DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale.
PRIZE PACKAGE LIMITATIONS
Maximum twenty (20) prize packages available. Promotion will end upon redemption of all prize packages.
Bourbon Tasting Experience: DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale will coordinate with each customer on an event to tentatively take place in November 2025. Customers who cannot attend the Bourbon Tasting Experience will be given a prize of equal or greater value at DraftKings's discretion.
Food and Beverage Gift Cards: Maximum five (5) $100 food and beverage gift cards. Food and beverage gift cards must be redeemed on the customer’s next five (5) visits to DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale. Food and beverage gift card maximum is $100 per visit for a total of $500 maximum in food and beverage gift cards. Gift cards are valid only on food and beverage. No cash value. Tax and tips are not included. Food and beverage gift cards are single-use and do not expire.
