One day at a time recovery worksheet

What are your negative, stressful, and regretful thoughts related to your past habit?

How do you see yourself fighting those difficulties and leaving those habits behind?

Appreciate yourself in a few lines for overcoming those habits.

Always remember

Your past does not define your future but you should not let your past affect you in any way. Negative feelings from the past increase the chances of relapse.  Avoid negative past feelings and experiences and fight with your present and make your future and recovery successful.

What thoughts related to the future overburden you?

What action plan should you take to make things easy for you and to fight your negative anticipations?

What are the possible outcomes of these plans?
