What can I expect from Passport to Santa?

Embark on a journey through the North Pole- an interactive holiday adventure where every child becomes a traveler on a festive quest. Pass through multiple interactive experiences, each with a different Christmas legend and activity, earning stamps to bring you one step closer to Santa’s workshop for the ultimate holiday finale.

Where is the experience located?

The Beverly Center 8th Floor - 8500 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This is an indoor experience.

Will there be strobe lights?

There may be limited use of lighting effects in certain areas.


Will food and beverage be available on-site for purchase?

Yes, light snacks and hot chocolate will be available for purchase within the experience

What is the minimum age requirement?

This experience is open to all ages!

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes but please note that space may be limited in certain areas of the experience

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

We encourage all guests to arrive as close to their entry time as possible.

Is alcohol permitted?

Alcohol will be available for purchase for guests 21+

Where can I get tickets?

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

What are the different ticket options and prices?

What is your refund/exchange policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number. 

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

They are located within the space, directly behind the showroom.
