With over 15-years in the healthcare sector and a degree in public health nursing with extensive care experience, she has witnessed firsthand the barriers placed around marginalized communities seeking care and economic agency. Restrictive qualifying guidelines, geographic service limitations, data privacy violations, and centralized gatekeeping create further marginalization.
