FINANCIAL INFO

Contract based position. This means the payments will be based on invoices coming from any of the following: established self-owned company, self-registered individual, professional expert, services platform, freelancing platform, other flexible approaches. If needed we could offer help in some directions.

The financial gross amount will be agreed based on qualifications and experience.

APPLICATION PROCESS

There is no fixed deadline to apply, candidates will be reviewed on a rolling basis
Candidates who qualify for stage 2 will be invited to an English interview
Candidates who qualify for stage 3 will be invited to a technical interview
Candidates who qualify for stage 4 will be invited to a financial and contract discussion
Candidates who are not selected in the recruitment process will be contacted and informed

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This role combines technical, engineering and business skills and is positioned at the borderline between a technical manager, a product owner and a project manager. The person taking over this position is meant to ensure the communication, execution and information flows between the company management, stakeholders and technical teams.

ROLE TARGET

Develop an internal visionary digital product while managing external commitments to stakeholders that are defining the boundaries of the product

TYPE OF POSITION

Full time (35-45 hours / week)

34% of time | Team & resource management, Product development
33% of time | Technical specifications, workflows, documentation
33% of time | EU Project management, Context understanding

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have relevant previous experience in ANY of the following:

5+ years in leading tasks, teams or developing products & services related to innovation
6+ years in tech environments
2+ years in EU (H2020, Horizon Europe), Innovate UK or other similar national projects

SKILLS

Candidates should have ALL of the following skills:

Technical knowledge related to the development of modern digital solutions
Good communication and social skills in international environments
Openness to new ideas and solutions for increased strategic diplomacy
Proficiency in working with live documents Google Suite
Ability to work and collaborate with AI tools
Ability to simplify and structure information
Ability to create reports and deliver quality presentations

EDUCATION

Candidates should have educational background in ANY of the following:

Computer science, Software engineering
Mathematics, Cybernetics, Engineering (other than software)
Project management, Business management
Innovation management, Research management

LANGUAGE

Excellent written and spoken English
Any level of Spanish or German is an advantage but not mandatory
