We’re excited to invite you to The Gathering, a powerful monthly space where connection, culture, and community come together. Join us for meaningful conversations, cultural reflection, and healing in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Each session is rooted in African-Centered Healing Circles — heart-centered dialogues guided by tradition, storytelling, and shared wisdom. Together, we’ll build community, share experiences, and create space to be seen, heard, and held.

BIPOC Connect Through Food

Wednesdays| October 8 - December 10, 2025 | 4:00 – 5:30 PM No meetings on 10/29 or 11/26

• Weekly drop-in cooking group for BIPOC youth ages 10–18
• Connect to culture through food, cooking, and conversation
• Ingredients provided – no weekly commitment required

Thursdays | October 9 - December 11, 2025 | 5 - 6 PM Regular attendance is not required.

• Drop-in space for connection, identity exploration, and community-building
• Open to trans girls, cis girls, trans boys, nonbinary, gender non-conforming, and genderqueer youth

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for Teens
Mondays | October 6 - December 1, 2025 | 5 - 6:30 PM No meeting on October 13

• Learn practical tools for emotional regulation and stress reduction
• $0-$80 suggested donation for 8-week series
• Informed consent (guardian, if under 14) required
• Regular attendance required – sessions build on each other
