Hello again. Following up on our phone visit, I am sharing this link to a news story to ask if the 12 pages accompanying the story comprise the Anthony Police Department's report on the 1998 DWI incident involving Robert O'Rourke. Also, is there anyone still with the department who can elaborate on the presented information?
