How Big Is My Problem Worksheet

Imagine a scale from a small pebble to a large mountain. Each problem you encounter can be placed somewhere on this scale based on its size and impact.

Mindful Notes

After placing each problem on the scale, write a mindful note about how you plan to approach and manage it.

Example: "I will talk to my teacher about the project difficulty" or "I will schedule an appointment with a counselor for personal issues."
