1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the addon and correct version of Blender. Alpha and Beta versions are not supported.

• OS: The operating system you are using.
• Blender version: The version of Blender you are using.
• Troubleshooting steps: Acknowledgement that you have tried http://cw1.me/troubleshoot.
• Blender experience: Specifically, how long (months or years) have you been using Blender?.
• Issue description: An explicit description of the issue.
• Reproducible steps: A recipe of how you can reproduce the issue every time. This should be either in the form of: Step 1:, Step 2: or a video showing the issue happening. Without a recipe, it is difficult to help you.
• Specific file: If there is a specific file that causes a problem, please share it with us.
• Console screenshots: Any screenshots of the console or other errors that may help.
