“Active Games Kids Amusement Arcade Co LLC” (“The Business”, hereafter referred to as “Pac-Man Live Experience”) places great importance on the safety of its guests, ensuring high standards are met by all persons visiting. Please help ensure Pac-Man Live Experience and its facilities remain a safe place in which to enjoy a fun experience by placing close attention to the safety briefing prior to entering the track.

Ticket holders are admitted to Pac-Man Live Experience subject to the following “Entry Conditions”. Persons who do not comply with these Entry Conditions may be removed from Pac-Man Live Experience right to a refund. This is without prejudice to any claim Pac-Man Live Experience has against such a person or actions. Whilst within premises, guests must comply with any reasonable instructions provided by Pac-Man Live Experience personnel or any third-party security on behalf of Pac-Man Live Experience. Pac-Man Live Experience reserves the right to reasonably vary these Entry Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. All ticket holders should behave in a safe and responsible manner at all times, both in and around the experience.
2. By entering the experience, guests accept that they have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure their own safety, taking into account any personal medical conditions. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions must make these known to a member of Pac-Man Live Experience personnel.
3. There will be special effects in use including visual, audio, special and smoke effects which may startle guests or impact those with existing medical conditions.
4. You must wear clothing and footwear that is suitable to undertake the activities.
5. If at any time you are uncomfortable with the activity and what it entails, please stop as soon as it is safe to do so and inform a member of Pac-Man Live Experience personnel who will make appropriate arrangements.
6. Instructions given to you by Pac-Man Live Experience personnel must be strictly adhered to. The Activity is provided for your enjoyment.
7. If you do not understand any of the instructions given to you by a member of Pac-Man Live Experience personnel, you must ask for those instructions to be explained again. You should only undertake the relevant activities when you know how to do so safely.
8. You should let a member of Pac-Man Live Experience personnel know immediately if you feel ill while using our equipment or facilities. A suitably trained First Aider is on site and available at all times to assist.
9. Participation in activities should be within your own ability. If you know, or are concerned, you have a medical condition which might interfere with your ability to participate safely, you should seek advice from a relevant medical professional and follow the advice before you use the equipment and facilities. This is particularly important for those who have back or neck impairments or existing injuries.
10. If you have a disability or any pre-existing injuries, allergies, or illnesses you must notify us immediately and follow any reasonable instructions to allow you to partake in the activity safely, if this is indeed possible. This includes those with epilepsy as flash photography, strobe lights and pulsating lights are used throughout.
11. Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation. Pac-Man Live Experience does not permit participation at any stage of pregnancy given the nature of the physical activity. If you suspect that you may be pregnant.Pac-Man Live Experience advice that you consult your doctor in order to ascertain whether or not you are pregnant.
12. If a member of Pac-Man Live Experience personnel detects visible signs or symptoms of someone being under the influence of drugs, alcohol, legal highs (including, but not limited to, laughing gas) used prior to entering Pac-Man Live Experience, you will be denied entry or escorted from the premises without any right to a refund. Ticket holders found possessing illegal substances and/or legal highs will be refused entry and escorted out of the premises without any right to a refund. Pac-Man Live Experience reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings or prosecute any person found damaging or defacing any part of the attraction.
13. No filming or photography will be allowed while you undertake the experience.
14. No violence, abusive or aggressive behavior of any kind will be tolerated towards any member of Pac-Man Live Experience personnel. Offenders may be reported to the police or relevant authorities and any offenses committed under these terms may be subject to prosecution. If Pac-Man Live Experience feel that our staff are at threat at any point, the offender will be ejected.
15. Pac-Man Live Experience and its representatives also reserve the right to terminate any activity if its personnel feel that you are a danger to yourself, any of the other participants or staff.
16. If a person is asked to leave because of their behavior, no refund will be due for any activity that is missed as a result.
17. Any wilful damage to set or equipment may be liable to costs by offending participants.
18. Your photograph will be taken during the experience. This photo may be used for Marketing material, should you wish it not to be, please let a member of staff know today. These photos are owned by Pac-Man Live Experience.
19. In the case of minors participating in the experience, parents or legal guardians of the minor consent to Pac-Man Live Experience taking and using photographs, video or sound recordings of the minor, which may be used for Marketing material. In the event that the guardian does not wish for these recordings to be taken, please let a member of staff know today.
20. Pac-Man Live Experience includes and encourages family-based experiences which attracts children and young adults. Pac-Man Live Experience are committed to creating an environment which ensures all children and young adults can enjoy themselves in a safe and secure environment that prevents both children and adults from being at risk from any harm or abuse.
21. Pac-Man Live Experience accepts no responsibility for any loss and/or damage suffered by guests because of Pac-Man Live Experience. You agree that Pac-Man Live Experience shall not be liable whatsoever for any form of personal injury, physical loss, death or damage arising at Pac-Man Live Experience.
22. CCTV cameras are in operation and used to assist in the proper running of Pac-Man Live Experience. Pac-Man Live Experience reserves the right to retain CCTV footage for up to 6 months. Pac-Man Live Experience may occasionally use camera footage for social media purposes.
23. No persons under the age of 7 can enter without an individual accompanying them of the age of 16 years and over. Pac-Man Live Experience welcome accompanied parties for young adults between the ages of 7-18.
24. The attraction is contactless and can only accept card payments from major card providers.

• Over 1.3 meters tall.
• Not sensitive to heart-problems, epilepsy or other conditions which may be affected by exertion (including pregnancy).
• Doesn’t have any pre-existing physical conditions that may be exasperated by the experience, such as neck or back injuries (not exhaustive).
• Wearing closed toed shoes throughout the entirety of the experience.
• Tying hair and/or loose items of clothing back during your gaming time.
• Playing by the rules of the game & treating our staff with kindness & respect.
• Your game footage to be used for social and marketing usages (unless stated at reception).
• Have fun!
