Bookmarking pages online on both iPhone (iOS) and Android smartphones:

iPhone (iOS)

1. Open Safari - Locate and tap on the Safari icon on your iPhone's home screen to open the Safari web browser.

2. Navigate to the Webpage - Use the address bar at the top of the screen to enter the URL of the webpage you want to bookmark. Alternatively, you can browse the web and navigate to the desired webpage.

3. Bookmark the Page - Once you're on the webpage you want to bookmark, tap on the share icon at the bottom of the screen. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing up.

4. Add to Bookmarks - In the share menu, tap on "Add Bookmark." You can also edit the name and choose where to save the bookmark by tapping on "Location" and selecting a folder.

5. Save the Bookmark Tap on "Save" to save the bookmark. You can access your bookmarks by tapping on the bookmarks icon at the bottom of the screen (it looks like an open book).

Android

1. Open Chrome - Locate and tap on the Chrome icon on your Android device's home screen or app drawer to open the Chrome web browser.

2. Navigate to the Webpage - Use the address bar at the top of the screen to enter the URL of the webpage you want to bookmark. Alternatively, you can browse the web and navigate to the desired webpage.

3. Bookmark the Page - Once you're on the webpage you want to bookmark, tap on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen to open the Chrome menu.

4. Add to Bookmarks - In the Chrome menu, tap on "Bookmark." You can edit the name and choose where to save the bookmark by tapping on "Edit" or "Location."

5. Save the Bookmark - Tap on "Save" to save the bookmark. You can access your bookmarks by tapping on the three-dot menu icon again and selecting "Bookmarks."
