Alert Level 2 Procedures
Thank you for continuing to drop off and pick up your children off at the school gates. We’ll continue this procedure for the remainder of the year. Please remember to scan in at the gate or sign in at the office and wear a face covering if you need to enter the school grounds. We continue to promote good hygiene and hand sanitising with the students whilst at school.
Road Closure
We have been advised of a further road closure due to electrical repair work - this will be on Tuesday 23rd November 8am - 5pm on Culling Street and Auld Street. On this day the Marlow Street gate will be free but maybe a bit busier due to the roadworks. The pedestrian crossing on Culling Street will still be able to be used and students can enter the school through the small gate into the netball court area. The Auld Street gate will still be open but if arriving by car you would need to enter and exit via Victoria Road by Tahuna School.
At the end of the day Pohutukawa (at 2.50pm) and Rata (at 2.55pm) will be taken to the small gate by the pedestrian crossing on Culling Street, Harakeke as normal to the Marlow Street gate. Seniors will be leaving at 3pm as usual but will only be able to use the small Culling Street gate or Marlow Street - please organise with your children which exit / entrance suits you best. These arrangements are for Tuesday 23rd only.
