UX Requirements

INSTRUCTIONS: This is group work. You need to collaborate to do user experience requirements using various methods mentioned in lecture session. The aim is to understand the specific requirements needed for the app development project.

This process is divided into three (3) parts: [1] User Requirements, [2] Business Requirements, and [3] Technical Requirements.

[TASK 1] Clearly set the goal/s of the project and list the intended outcomes (minimum 3)


[TASK 2] To fill out the requirements table based on each category. The points must be clearly stated and any attachments must be labelled and linked accordingly.

TASK 1: PROJECT GOALS & OUTCOMES

Goals:

to create a travel planning app that provides safety, privacy, reliability, and convenient services for travellers, specifically solo travellers

to create a platform for tourism services to gain their exposure

Outcomes:

  1. A travel planning app for solo travellers that prioritises safety
  2. A business opportunity for local tourism services
  3. Convenient & reliable tourism service booking
