ABOUT THE EVENT
What is the experience?
It’s an artistic and immersive experience created by a collective of artists and neurodivergent patients, in order to raise awareness about, empathize with, demystify and normalize mental health issues from an artistic and immersive perspective.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience will take place at CasaBASH, located at Bajío 338 in Roma Sur, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX.
Is it an indoor or outdoor experience?
This experience will be held in an indoor space.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately one hour and twenty minutes.
Is it COVID safe?
The experience complies with the regulations in force regarding COVID-19. The use of masks and maintaining a safe distance is recommended. There will also be continuous disinfection.
Is there air conditioning?
No.
Is the experience accessible to deaf people?
Unfortunately not.
What are the access options for the visually impaired?
Access is permitted, but not recommended as the entire experience is visual.
Is the experience accessible to people with other disabilities?
Yes, the site is wheelchair accessible.
Are there strobe lights?
Yes. For this reason, people with photosensitive epilepsy will not be allowed to enter.
Is food and drink available at the venue?
Not at this time.
Can I take photos or videos of the experience?
Of course! Don't forget to tag us on social networks. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other guests.

Do I need to wear a mask?
The use of masks is recommended during the entire experience.
What time do the doors open?
Doors open at 1 p.m. and tours are every 30 minutes.
What happens if I am late?
If there is space in the next slots you will be given access, however we cannot guarantee access, as it is subject to availability.
What happens if I forget my student ID?
If you forget your student ID and there is no way to prove that you are a student, you can pay the difference and purchase a regular ticket at the ticket office.

Where can I buy tickets?
What is the return policy?
Refunds are generally not permitted. Terms are accepted prior to purchase. However, in exceptional cases you can contact us and our customer service team will process your request. In this case we ask that you have your order number ready.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your ticket is contactless and will be validated directly from the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone at no additional cost. It's as easy as clicking Transfer on your ticket in the Fever App. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need help. Please indicate your order number.
Can I change my tickets to another date/time or ticket type?
If there is still availability, we may be able to help you change your ticket to another date or type of ticket. For more information, please contact us and indicate your order number.
Which platforms sell tickets for this experience?
Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on other websites or platforms.
Can I make a group reservation?
If you would like to make a group reservation, please contact us and indicate the number of people and desired date.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket with its QR code in the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you have not yet installed it, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you are still unable to see your ticket, please contact us.
