Parent/ Legal Guardian and Student Complaints Procedure

Fremont International Academy

Fremont International Academy works in collaboration with parents and legal guardians to ensure all complaints are handled in a timely manner.

If a parent or legal guardian has a concern regarding academic programmes, student conduct or school policies, the following steps will be taken:

• Parents/guardians should first communicate with the teacher to discuss concerns and work to come to a resolution.
• If a resolution cannot be found, the parents/guardians will then set up a meeting with the principal to discuss these concerns.
• Lastly, the teacher, parent/legal guardian, and principal will collaboratively decide on a resolution and work together to determine next steps.

This Parent/Legal Guardian and Student Complaints Procedure policy will be collaboratively reviewed annually. The most recent date of review was November 2022.
