Job Overview:
MTVG is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator. This position is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of live events.
Open Location(s):
• Texas (preferred but not required)
Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with Network clients on scheduling and staffing of live events.
• Assist in client contracts and confirm equipment needs for each production.
• Track missing and damaged equipment.
• Provide exceptional client service.
• Basic Understanding and knowledge of broadcast equipment (preferred).
• Basic understanding of shipping and logistics.
Additional Requirements:
• Strong project management skills required.
• Strong operational, organizational and logistical skills are required.
• 4+ years in scheduling and operations.
• ScheduAll experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, email, slack and text).
