i4 Insurance Talent (i4insurancetalent.com) is working closely with a rapidly growing international InsurTech firm. This high tech firm is looking for a full time permanent PROPERTY & CASUALTY (P&C) INSURANCE DATA STRATEGY AND ANALYTICS LEADER WITH 10+ YEARS P&C EXPERIENCE IN DATA-RELATED ROLES CULMINATING IN A DATA LEADERSHIP ROLE. This is a full-time permanent REMOTE position.

Your hands-on leadership will guide and scale data usage, insights, and value through the continuous delivery of new insurance products and services towards sustainable and profitable growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Collaborate with various stakeholders across business and technology to define, socialize, and execute a unified, cohesive data and analytics strategy, roadmap, and portfolio of initiatives
• Work closely with data technical leadership to educate and mentor data engineers and data analysts on DataOps principles, best practices, and process optimization
• Work closely with all internal and external providers and consumers of data towards high quality, complete, insightful, and immediately consumable data and analytics
• Serve as the resident SME on industry standard P&C and Specialty insurance data
• Establish, maintain, and communicate master and reference data together with best practices and lifecycle procedures

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• proven track record of 10+ continuous years of P&C data and analytics hands-on accomplishments culminating in a data leadership role
• 10+ years working with P&C insurance data standards and classification schemes, e.g. ACORD
• 5+ years working on cloud-based data platforms, preferably Azure
• 5+ years SQL experience
• excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
• excellent business social skills

WHAT GIVES YOU AN EDGE

• 10+ years working with ACORD P&C insurance standards
• 5+ years working with the Azure data platform
• advanced degree in Analytics, Data Management, or related field

Compensation and Benefits

• $160K - $260K (USD) base compensation depending on qualifications PLUS 20% bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package
