The experience

What can I expect from the Divina Dali Exhibit?

The showcase is 110 authentic artworks by surrealist master Salvador Dali divided into three universes. This is Dali’s unique interpretation of Dante’s masterpiece, the Divine Comedy. Visitors will be transported to another realm filled with symbolic imagery and otherworldly landscapes. Get ready to be awed by the master painter’s intricate works and unparalleled creativity.

Where is the experience located?

181 Bay St. Toronto, ON M5J 2T3, we are located on the northeast side of Brookfield Place.

Divina Dali is located in the heart of downtown Toronto at the corner of Yonge & Front Street in Brookfield Place (street level).

Enter the Divina Dali exhibition via Yonge Street entrance on the street level of Brookfield Place. We’re located in the northeast corner across from the Hockey Hall of Fame Store and Tim Hortons in the Sam Pollock Square.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

How long does the experience last?

It can take between one hour to one and a half hours to thoroughly enjoy the Divina Dali exhibition.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes ! There is air conditioning throughout the exhibition.

Is the exhibition accessible for wheelchairs?

Yes, the exhibition is accessible to wheelchairs. We also provide wheelchair accessible restrooms located inside the exhibition space.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

There are no accessibility options for hearing-impaired visitors.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

There are no accessibility options for visually impaired visitors.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, this event won’t include strobe lights.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Food and drinks are not permitted to be brought into the Divina Dali exhibition. Refreshments and snacks can be purchased at our bar inside the exhibition. There are two terraces set aside for enjoying refreshments before or after visiting the show.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes there are public washrooms within the exhibition as well as multiple public washrooms throughout Brookfield Place

Will there be a gift shop available?

Yes! We will have merchandise available to purchase.

Some additional information when attending our exhibition

We hope that everyone visiting the Divina Dali exhibition has the best experience possible. We ask all visitors to be considerate of each other, our building, and our staff.

Below are some quick tips for when you visit:

All visitors must wear shirts and shoes.

Unless you see a sign indicating a touchable object, please don’t touch objects on display. Even mild touching, over time, can cause damage.

Please don’t shout or run in the exhibition. Swearing and other disrespectful language is also not allowed.

Divina Dali Exhibition is a smoke-free property. This includes smoking, vaping, or the use of cannabis in any form.

Please turn your cell phone to “silent” or “vibrate” and be considerate of others when using your phone.

Closing of the building begins 15 minutes before indicated times.

Access to the event

Can I re-enter the exhibition?

Re-entry will not be permitted. You must come at your allotted time.

What if I am late for my time slot?

We encourage guests to be on time. If you are late, depending on capacity at that time, we may need to move you to another time slot. Your ticket will only be valid for the day you purchased.

What if I am early?

You must wait till your allotted time to enter the exhibition. Once it is your scheduled time you may show your ticket to the box office who will grant you access to the exhibition.

What are the exhibition hours?

Mondays: closed

Tuesdays – Wednesdays: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Thursdays – Fridays: 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Weekends: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Service dogs are welcomed

Is there an age requirement?

No, we welcome all family members to attend the exhibition. Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are baby strollers allowed in the galleries?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your stroller but it must not be left unattended.

Is there parking available?

Brookfield Place has parking available. Access to Brookfield Place parking is from either Front Street or Wellington Street just west of Yonge Street. Click here for more Brookfield Place parking information.

A secondary parking option is available at the Toronto Parking Authority lot (St. Lawrence Garage – Car Park 43) at Church Street and The Esplanade just east of Yonge Street. View hourly and daily rates on the Toronto Parking Authority website.

For bus parking information, please contact the Group Reservations office during business hours or refer to the City of Toronto’s website for free Parking for Buses in Toronto.

Which subway station is closest to the Divina Dali Exhibition?

Transit riders may choose either King or Union Station as they are both a short walk at street level.

From King Station go south on Yonge Street. The Yonge Street entrance is 32 Yonge St this brings you directly into the Sam Pollock Square. Divina Dali Exhibition is located on the right side across from Tim Hortons and Hockey Hall of Fame Store.

From Union Station find signs for Front Street. Once on Front street go east. The Front Street entrance is 10 Front Street West. You will enter Brookfield Place and into Sam Pollock Square.You can also enter Brookfield Place from Bay Street through 181 Bay St entrance. Walk through Allen Lambert Galleria past the escalator till you enter Sam Pollock Square and Divina Dali entrance will be on your the left, across from Tim Hortons and Hockey Hall of Fame Store.

Take Highway 401 to the 404/Don Valley Parkway exit toward Downtown/Centre-Ville

In approximately 2 kilometers, take the Yonge Street exit and follow signs for Yonge Street North to Front Street

Take Highway 404 until it becomes the Don Valley Parkway

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Food and drink are not permitted into exhibition itself but Divina DALI benefits from two spacious terraces where guests to the exhibition can sit and relax and enjoy a refreshment.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes! You’ll be able to purchase tickets on-site.

What times does the box office open and close?

Box office opens 30 minutes before exhibition opening and closes 1 hour before the exhibition closes.

Where can I get tickets?

Is there a discount for groups attending together?

Yes, if you are a group larger than 8+ people, you will receive a 15% off discount.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Divina Dalí can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
