Incoming 8th Elective Information and How to Access Elective Forms and Applications

You will be submitting your elective form online this year.  There will be no pen and paper form.  Students who do not fill out an online elective form will be placed into an elective by the Academic Advisors.  The Google Online Elective Form will open on March 10th at 8:00am and will close on March 18 at 11:59pm.  Once you submit your online form you will not be able to make any changes to the form so choose wisely.  If for any reason you wish to make a change you will need to see Mrs. Saladow in the guidance office.

To access your online form please click here https://forms.gle/Rc13cwm8onh6SyWD6 and you should see the appropriate incoming grade level ( Incoming 8th Grade) . If you can not access the form by clicking on the link please copy and paste the link into your browser.  You can also go to your @CUSD account and type in the link.

You will select your top 4 choices.  Please do not select the same 4 classes.  Every attempt will be made to give you your 1st choice but make sure that you also want to take your 2nd, 3rd, and 4th choice.   ASB, PAL, Yearbook will all have a common application meaning you only need to fill out one application.  The application can be accessed by the same process above  https://forms.gle/kYLmvT2xS69JQCN16 for Leadership elective choices. Office Aide (https://forms.gle/hXJ7L7yXSAuWURDq8 ) and PE Aide  (https://forms.gle/tSsATbF2841HGgmD6 )  also have a seperate a application and they can be found clicking on the appropriate links.  All applications are due no later than March 18th at 11:59pm.  Remember you may only choose two classes with an application and late applications will not be accepted.
