The Site is hosted by Squarespace and may integrate with third parties (including GoHighLevel, analytics, scheduling tools, mapping tools, and MLS/IDX providers). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, uptime, or policies.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Venue for disputes shall be in state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
