BIOGRAPHY

Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Jasim Mohammed

 He graduated from the Physics Department in 1986 at Al-Mustansiriyha University, College of Science Baghdad, Iraq. He obtained a Master and a Doctorate degree in Laser and Optoelectronics in the Department of Applied Science at the University of Technology in (1997 - 2007) respectively. He is qualified in the field of nanostructured thin film biomedical sensors.

He completed the research stay fellowship at the Institute for Materials Physics at the University of Münster, Germany in 2014.  He took over the responsibility of heading the Remote Sensing Department in 2017 and heading the Medical Physics in the College of Science in 2018-2019 at Al-Karkh University of Science.

He has formed a Research Group on Biomedical Sensors in cooperation with the Institute of Materials Physics of the University of Münster since the end of 2019.
