Mirror Self-Esteem Worksheet
Step 1: Stand in front of the mirror and look at your reflection closely.
Step 2: Observe yourself from an outside perspective, and focus on your positive attributes (physical or personality-related).
Step 3: Look at your reflection, and stand in the pose of your favorite superhero for 60 seconds. Standing in front of the mirror in the pose of your favorite hero is linked with positive self-esteem. Here is a sample:
Step 4: Say words of affirmation to yourself. For example:
I am good enough
I am confident
I can take on every challenge that comes my way.
