Four Mile allows alcoholic beverages to be served at events, under strict compliance with all applicable statutes, ordinances and governmental regulations regarding the use and/or service of alcohol. Four Mile Historic Park manages the Arts Liquor License for all public and private events. All bar sales and service of alcohol must go through Four Mile Historic Park.

Cash Bar

• Attendees pay per drink

• Prices range from $5.00 for non alcoholic beverages to $15.00 for specialty cocktails
• Host pays for bar labor and gratuity

On Consumption

• Host pays per drink, bar labor, taxes, and gratuity

• Prices range from $5.00 for non alcoholic beverages to $15.00 for specialty cocktails

All-Inclusive

• Host pays a per person cost for unlimited beverages, bar labor, taxes, and gratuity
• Price varies depending on the assortment you offer

**There is a minimum gratuity of $50.00 or 20%, whichever is higher.

Staffing We require a 2 hour service time minimum along with set up and tear down.

Payment will be taken via credit card on the night of your event.

Selection If you’d like to have a particular brand available, there is a $250 ordering fee. Otherwise, we will have our in-house selections available during your event.
