AI Policy for Educational Services

• 3rd party AI systems are not sent Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
• All AI-driven analytics and reporting are anonymized and comply with FERPA, COPPA, and GDPR regulations.
• User data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
• Districts, Schools, Students and teachers can opt out of AI-driven assistance and feedback where applicable.

6. AI Decision-Making & Accountability

• AI-generated recommendations are non-binding and meant to assist decision-making throughout the product.
• Teachers and administrators retain full control over instructional and grading decisions.
• Any AI-generated feedback is reviewable and can be overridden by educators.
• Regular audits are conducted to ensure AI system fairness and accuracy.

• AI models undergo routine updates and refinements to improve accuracy and fairness.

Addendum: Current AI Providers

Providers are continuously evaluated for both qualitative and privacy requirements.
