Think about a bad experience or situation. Who hurt you and how?

How much does the person mean to you and how did their image change after the above-mentioned situation

Did you forgive them? If not right pros n cons of not giving them forgiveness

Write a forgiveness letter to them and rate your feelings afterward ( write the name of the emotion and rate 1-10)

How is your life now? Are you in a better place if yes then how? Write your strengths

Write an activity that will make you happy right now. Rate your feeling after doing it
