The Open Source Ecology (OSE) Apprenticeship is a transformative program designed to empower individuals to become changemakers. • Integrated Builder Track (4 years): Learn 20 building trades to functional proficiency using rapid learning methods, emphasizing both production and stewardship (learning how to learn, critical thinking, character building).
• Open Sector Track (6 years): Builds upon the Builder Track, equipping apprentices to replicate a Seed Eco-Home franchise.
• Global Stewardship Track (6+ years): Focuses on post-graduate level systems integration and innovation, training individuals to lead school campuses and solve global problems.
• Lifelong Learning: Encouraged and incentivized for all participants.
