2023-2024 Senior Parking Communication

Hello Senior Students and Families,

On Monday, July 8th we will hold a lottery to select 48 senior students who will be offered a reserved (painted) parking spot for the 2023-2024 school year. In order to be eligible to enter the lottery, the Student Parking Application & Agreement (linked below) must be completed by Sunday, July 16th at 11:59PM. The Google Form must be completed in its entirety in order to be entered into the lottery.  On Monday, July 17th we will randomly select 48 names, at which time those students will be notified via email.  Students who are not selected, will be placed on a waiting list in the order their names were drawn.  

Requirements

If your name is NOT drawn, you will be issued a general parking permit and do NOT have to resubmit the application.  

Payment for reserved (painted) senior parking spots is $50.00 and general parking spots are $30.00. You will be emailed the appropriate instructions and payment link AFTER the lottery drawing. Payments will not be accepted prior to the drawing. If you are selected for a reserved (painted) parking space and do not submit your design and payment by Sunday, July 23rd at 11:59p, you will lose your spot and it will be awarded to the next student on the waiting list.  Weather permitting, parking spaces will be available for painting on Wednesday, July 17th and/or Thursday, July 18th, from 8:30a-1:30p.  For safety reasons, painting will not be permitted outside of these dates and times.  Wednesday, July 26th and Thursday, July 27th will be utilized as rain dates if needed.
