Conditions for Free Rate - Gallery of the Royal Collections

• Children under 5 years old
• May 18, International Museum Day (Except on closing days)
• October 12, National Day of Spain, without distinction of nationality
• Members of large families as provided for in Articles 2 and 3 of Law 40/2003, of November 18, on the Protection of Large Families, and Royal Decree 1621/2005, of December 30, which develops the aforementioned law.
• Members of ICOM (International Council of Museums) and the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS).
• Official Tour Guides with an official Tour Guide card, conducting their professional activity, or when requesting entry to prepare their work.
• Active teaching staff with a teaching card.
• Persons with disabilities holding accreditation.
• Individuals in legal unemployment status who prove this circumstance, through a Job Demand Card or equivalent document issued by the competent authority.
• From Monday to Thursday, from 18:00 to 20:00, free entry for citizens of the European Union, residents, and holders of work permits in said area, and Ibero-American citizens, upon accreditation of nationality (national identity card, passport, or driver's license) or residence or work permit. The offer of free entry is limited to self-guided visits. Guided group visits will not be allowed during this time. These tickets can only be purchased at the ticket office.
