General Terms and Conditions

  1. Staying period 29 September 2018  till 31st October 2018
  2. Valid only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  3. Night of Fright opening time: 7.30pm - 11.30pm.
  4. Booking can be submitted online via http://booking.artezgroup.my or contact +60188723633.
  5. This promotion is subject to room availability. It is also subject to change or withdraw at anytime without prior notice.
  6. No refund or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings.
  7. Check-in time after 3pm; Check-out time before 12 pm. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and chargeable at RM20 per hour.
  8. Any changes of check in date must be done at least 3 days prior to original check in date and is subject to room availability.
  9. Non-Malaysian passport holders (excluding MyPR holders) are subject to Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTx) surcharge of RM10 per room per night, payable directly to hotel.

Remarks

  1. No costumes, full-face make-up or masks allowed.
  2. Photography and video recording of any sort are prohibited from the haunted attractions.
  3. No outside food or drinks permitted, also it is prohibited from the haunted attractions.
  4. Please do not mistreat the event’s “scare-actors.”
  5. Once you step into HELL no re-entry allowed.
  6. Minimum age requirement is 12 years old.
  7. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
  8. Line jumping, foul language & behaviour that is not appropriate will be dealt with accordingly, including possible expulsion from the event.
  9. No refund due to inclement of weather.
  10. Take note that attractions may be closed without any prior notice.

Purchase of Additional Sunway Lagoon Tickets

  1. Adult: RM105 (Malaysian), RM115 (Non-Malaysian)
  2. Child: RM85 (Malaysian), RM95 (Non-Malaysian)
  3. Additional Surcharge of 3% applied to payment via credit/debit card.
  4. Additional Sunway Lagoon Tickets can be purchased upon check in.
  5. Children aged 12 years and above and / or is over 90 cm in height will be charged as an adult rate.
  6. FREE Admission for children below 90 cm in height and age 3 years old and below (must meet both requirements).
  7. NO REFUND due to rides closure or inclement weather.
  8. Not valid with any other ongoing offers, discounts, events and/or promotion.
  9. NO CANCELLATION will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.
  10. Sunway Lagoon is open daily from 10am to 6pm.
