Cother Consulting Pty Ltd as Trustee for Cother Family Trust trading as Cother Consulting and The Action Learning Institute (the Company) acknowledges that it must manage partnership arrangements with other suppliers or organizations conducting training and assessment activities on its behalf, for the benefit of its ongoing success and professionalism.

Our Commitment

The Company is committed to ensuring that appropriate partnering arrangements are entered into and that these are monitored to ensure their effectiveness and compliance against the requirements of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (the Act).

As such, the Company will ensure that it develops, maintains, monitors and complies with written agreements with Facilitator/Assessors providing services on its behalf.

In doing so, the Company will ensure all Facilitator/Assessors are provided with online access to:

  • A copy of the signed Facilitator/Assessor Agreement;
  • A copy of the signed Facilitator Assessor Position Description; and
  • The ALI Facilitator Handbook.

Partnering agreements are conditional upon the supplier or organization meeting the Essential Criteria as described in the Facilitator/Assessor Position Description and strict adherence to Company policy and procedures as described in the Facilitator Handbook.

The Company will not enter into partnering agreements predicated upon systems independent to our prescribed systems for delivery of training and assessment.
