Jupiter the biggest planet

Did you know Jupiter isn't really a planet? It's more like the sun because it’s made just out of gas.

What's the planet like

If you were to live on Jupiter and if there was oxygen it would be like living in a huge fish bowl that you cannot get wet in.  It would also take 3,660 days to swim from side to side.

How the planet moves

Jupiter only has 10 hours in a day. So even though it's bigger than Earth and it spins faster than Earth, it takes 12 years to orbit the sun. That's weird! It only takes 10 hours in a day which is less than Earth then it takes 12 earth years for one year on Jupiter.

What's the planet is like

Did you know Jupiter is actually a failed star? If it had enough gasses and it was big enough it could light and turn into a sun-like star like our sun or a black dwarf. The average temperature is 166`F and did you know Jupiter has 95 moons? Do you think it would be cool seeing 95 moons in the sky? Jupiter is the fifth planet away from the sun. 1,321 Earths can fit in Jupiter and yet 726 Jupiters can fit in the sun and Jupiter is 5.2 astronomical units away from the sun. If Jupiter knocked into Saturn it would make more Earths.
