Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it via tracking. Your delivered date is day 1 and 13 days after delivery day to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
This Return and Refund Policy adheres to only physical items purchased that are shipped via parcel or delivered to in hand to hand business trade. Services via IMEI or Serial Number are not covered by this refund and return policy. Please see below.
We document each and every item's serial number in our inventory and each item we sell. If and when approved for a return we will match the incoming return item's serial number with our documents and your return item must match the item’s serial number that was shipped to you. If a different serial number item is returned and/or item modified in any way, shape or form we will not issue a refund under any circumstances. We are not responsible for return labels, return shipping costs or lost/stolen items (including and not limited to the Unlock Sim card or the parcel package). All items returned to us (phones and Unlock Sim cards) must be received and inspected for no damage or alterations in any way, shape or form from when the item was shipped to the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. The purchaser is responsible for getting the item back to us in the same condition as it was when sent out.

The estimated time frame of service is just that, an estimated, average time of service or completion. We are fairly accurate although some services can be completed faster than our estimated time frame and some could take longer than the average time frame. Our estimated time of completion is not a guaranteed time of completion. If the service is still processing we cannot cancel. This unlocking process is an auto API server based unlock. When ordered, the service automatically places the order to unlock via your carrier’s server or manufacturer’s server and cannot be canceled while processing. It is completed when the auto API service comes back as "completed" (unlocked) or "rejected" (not unlocked). We only provide refunds for rejected services, or devices not unlocked. Picture proof of your device’s IMEI number and/or Serial Number pending or processing on the unlock server can be provided at customer request to show where the unlock is standing at that moment in time.
