Zeechy0 Terms of Service

By commissioning me and/or purchasing one of my designs, you [the commissioner, client] are confirming your agreement to the following terms and conditions. Legally giving your word that you understand them and will abide by them completely. Please read through them thoroughly and carefully before submitting your inquiry.

If you do not agree to all the information provided here, you will be denied service.

All artwork done is copyright to me, the artist.

Permission to repost artwork is only granted to the commissioner/subject owners.

Commissioners are allowed to repost the image as long as it is credited.

Artwork is not to be altered, coloured or edited in any way without the permission from the artist and consent of the commissioner. [made into icons, signatures, headers, etc.]

Under no circumstances may you alter the original artwork provided without explicit permission.

Any and all edited or reposted pieces must be credited and sourced back to my original post at all times of occurrence.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission without explanation or further communication.
As the artist, I reserve the right to use/repost/crop your commission to advertise or as an example of my work.
Artwork may not be used for commercial work unless commissioned specifically for that use.

Art used commercially without permission is a violation of copyright law and a DMCA takedown notice will be initiated.
Clients DO NOT have a right to use artwork for profit in any mint/blockchains/NFT manner.
Absolutely NO AI use is allowed.
Completed commissions cannot and shall not be used in a manner that is for-profit or commercial use by the artist or commissioner [such as prints/portfolios.]
Selling mass production [prints, stickers, plushes] featuring art or adoptables original art is strictly forbidden.
Please note this may be subverted with compensation given per proposed sale.

Process Information

Your commission will not be started until payment has been received.

1. If payment is not received within 24 hours of initial contact,

your commission will be considered canceled.

2. Time frame for this may decrease or increase at any time, feel free to ask if flexibility is available.

Always be clear and concise on what you want, try to get in as much information as you think I'll need!

1. I do not know your characters as well as you do.

2. Being clear reduces your chances of gaining fees.

3. It is your responsibility as the commissioner to provide me up-to-date image references, and detailed text descriptions as much as possible.

I do not provide SAI/PSD files

Edits are only done in the sketch phase.

1. Depending on the level of editing requested, fees may occur.

2. Edits should not drastically change or "re-do" your initial request,

this WILL add fees or risk cancellation of your commission.

3. Should an error on my part occur you will not get a fee for the edit,

(example: forgetting markings, tattoos, jewelry, or glasses.)

You are absolutely allowed to ask me not to publicly post your commission for no additional fee.

1. Special conditions such as surprise anniversaries, birthdays, or gifts where there is a wait time before posting finished pieces may also be discussed.

2. There are no discounts given for special occasions.

Should anything occur that would disrupt the process of work, you shall be notified as soon as possible.

Technical Issues: Computer Failure, Power Outages, Guest Visits
Weather: Hurricanes, Storms

If you are unsure if I will draw something, ASK ME!

WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW/PERMISSIONS

DO NOT use characters that do not belong to you, proof must be provided to show that you were given permission to use the character (sfw/nsfw)

Artist will get in contact with the owner if proof is not provided.

DO NOT inquire if your idea is to harass, abuse, or demean others

e.g., Incest, Racism, Sexism, Cissexism, Homophobia, Transphobia

DO NOT inquire about anything depicting minors (humanoid, anthropomorphic or ferals who act/behave like humans) in sexual or suggestive situations
DO NOT inquire about ANY ferals in sexual or suggestive themes or situations.
NO: Minors, Infantilization/Adult-Baby, Diapers, Incest, Zoophilia, Animal Genitalia, Scat, Gas, Sexualized Pregnancy, Extreme Inflation, Non-Consensual Anything

FEES

Additional Costs for Extra Characters or Complexity are located on-site and will be estimated on a case-by-case basis.

Payment

Paypal Only, USD Currency
Payment will regularly be done via Invoice.
However if it is not, please make sure payment is marked as a Service that does not require shipping.
Payments are expected within 24 hours of receiving payment information.
If payment is not made within 24 hours of initial contact, your commission is considered canceled.

Refunds

Refunds are determined by progression done on artwork.
Portions of refunds may be retained depending on how much was completed.
If the piece has been completed, refunds are not available.
Failure to communicate during completion does not hold as reason for refund.
You will not be refunded for 'buyer's regret/remorse', sales are final.
Tips or donations will not be refunded.

General Commissioning Process

Upon messaging me the idea of what you would like (including character references) and I will give you the approval or disapproval and the estimated price based on character and detail complexity.

-Please do not attempt to haggle with your price estimation.

-If you get disapproved, it is nothing personal against you.
There is a chance it can be done at a later time.

By reaching this point you are assuring me that you have read and understand my terms of service.

Users who have clearly not read the ToS may be refused service, and possibly blacklisted from all future commission works from myself. This ToS is subject to change at any time. Major changes may or may not be announced when occurred and it is to be understood that you will reread it upon initiation of an inquiry.
